Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality control checks on the production line, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Perform quality control checks on the production line
Conduct basic testing on products including salt, acid, viscosity, and moisture
Check Critical Control Points including metal detector and x-ray machine
Perform pre-operation inspections
Conduct microbiological and allergen swabbing
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food industry
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
