PERSONAL CARE GIVERS PRIVATE DUTY Increased number of requests for Personal Care Givers in Lexington and surrounding towns. All shifts open during each week…long-term and short-term, with possible temp-to-hire career opportunities. Requirements: • Active CPR certification (within the last 12 months) • Clean drug test (within the last 12 months) • Clean criminal background report (within the last 12 months) • Current immunization records • Current negative TB test (within the last 12 months) • Two government-issued personal identification cards: (current driver’s license and social security card) • Current phone number and dependable transportation Ideally, prefer current certified nursing certification.
