This position will work as an IPS Supported Employment Trainer.This position assists agencies in making organizational and programmatic changes to implement and sustain Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment. Provides training and consultation to employment staff, agency leaders, practitioners, and Vocational Rehabilitation counselors implementing IPS. Participates in IPS leadership meetings and provides feedback about IPS barriers and facilitators.This position will serve multiple regions of Kentucky, and statewide travel is required. Home office is flexible within the state of Kentucky. This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the HDI through research, education and outreach.
