JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day operations regarding all functions that are performed by the Medicare Inside Sales Team. Other responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to training new employees, monitoring and coaching the staff, coordinating work schedules, assigning workloads, and interacting with other Molina departments. Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and publishing department standards to comply with all external entities. Also responsible for publishing and producing standard performance reports on a regular basis and assists with other projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Supervise and lead Medicare Inside Sales Team.
Delegate and prioritize task assignments.
Monitor and record daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality for Medicare Inside Sales Team.
Investigate issues that require supervisor or manager level intervention.
Assist Inside Sales staff with resolving issues that are reported by prospective members and other departments.
Interact with internal and external departments and entities as appropriate to resolve issues.
Assist senior level leadership with implementing the overall Medicare and Sales strategy.
Create and publish applicable departmental reports to external and internal departments.
Escalate issues as appropriate.
Licensed in Life and Health
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Required Experience
Prior successful inside telesales experience.
Prior experience with SalesForce.com and Microsoft Office.
3 - 5 years Customer service experience.
1 - 2 years Call Center experience.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Experience
1 - 2 years of supervisory experience preferred or 1 - 2 years in the role of team lead.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $96,558 / ANNUAL
