Join a busy primary care practice and train to become a Certified Medical Assistant. Northwest Community Health Center is looking for an individual who is friendly, dependable, team focused, organized, able to work with grace under pressure, and is interested in beginning a career in the medical field. NWCHC has built a formal pathway to obtain certification over a two-year period through a combination of on-the-job training and a comprehensive self-paced online curriculum that will provide the essential skills to be successful. Upon hire the position duties will include, patient rooming, obtaining basic vital signs, performing in-house laboratory testing, test follow-up. All positions are full time with a competitive starting wage and full-time employee benefits. High school graduate or equivalent required.
