Itron, Inc. Product Lifecycle Management Supervisor in Liberty Lake, Washington

The Product Lifecycle Management Supervisor position will be focusing on leading a team through the creation of electricity, gas and water sales configurations and maintaining a change management process for key manufacturing and engineering data throughout a product's life. Duties & Responsibilities: Works with team in a combination of custom applications and software applications such as Oracle PLM and Oracle eBS to create sales configurations in the system. Works with new product introduction teams to ensure team's requirements are being met and information relevant to the team is properly documented. Works with team to standardize and globalize work processes and move toward automation. Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Plans, monitors, and appraises job results. Conducts training. Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations. Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures. Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards. Contributes to team effort by actively working team processes, when needed. Work closely with supporting functions to determine priority. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of supervision and/or quality management in a similar industry Effective delegator of duties and work tasks and workload balancing Experienced in handling staffing procedures through capacity analysis, justification and proposals for additional headcount requests or changes to process.
