Shoe Dept Encore Keyholder in Lima, Ohio
The Keyholder assists the store manager with daily operations of a shoe store in order to maximize sales and maintain operational company standards. Position Description:
- Assists the store manager in daily operations
- Provides excellent customer service and ensures customer satisfaction
- Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Assist in weekly inventory control, including receiving and stocking of merchandise
- Ensures the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Assists in the training and supervise of sales associates
- Monitors sales performance and implements strategies to achieve sales targets
- Operates company computer systems
- Assists in monthly advertising, including set up and maintaining
Qualifications:
- Management/Supervisory skills required (1 year preferred)
- Retail experience preferred
- Will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Has a passion for excellent customer service
- Must have flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Capable of operating company computer systems
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capable of standing/walking for long periods of time
- Capable of repetitive bending and heavy lifting
Position Information:
- Full-Time -- 40 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $13.00 per Hour
