Temporary Full Time Help Wanted. Housekeepers. Best Western Limon is seeking four (4) individuals to fill the housekeepers' positions. Best Western Limon Limon will offer a wage of $16.78 per hour and $25.17 for overtime hours over 40 hour/week. The start date is April 01, 2025 and last till November 01, 2025. 38 hour week, some overtime available. Must be available on weekends, holidays and rotate shifts. Minimum 3 months experience in housekeeping. On the Job training available. The employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k) Housing is optional and subject to availability at a monthly rate of $300. Which will be deducted bi weekly plus all deductions required by law Visa and other related fees and government fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). In bound transportation will be paid if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59. Pay bi-weekly Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. All work will be performed at Best Western Limon, 2510 6th St, Limon, CO 80828

Job Duties the employee needs to perform: * ENTERS AND PREPARES ROOM FOR CLEANING * MAKE BED * REPLENISH TOILETRIES, TOWELS AND LINENS * CLEANS BATHROOM, WINDOWS AND VACUUMS CARPET * MAINTAINS AND STOCKS HOUSEKEEPING CARTS * COMPLETES ALL OTHER TASK AS REQUESTED BY EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER.

Shift schedule varies from 7:00am-3:30pm. Must be available on weekends and holidays.
