Adecco US, Inc. Quality Manager in Lindon, Utah
Quality Manager:
The Quality Manager will drive quality initiatives across the company, ensuring that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. This individual will oversee all aspects of quality control and compliance, playing a critical role in maintaining certifications and implementing improvements to enhance overall product quality. The Quality Manager will also provide technical support for our quoting process.
Responsibilities
Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce defect rates, optimize processes, and elevate product standards.
Oversee compliance with industry standards and maintain all relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes, including flow diagrams, inspections, and testing protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and production, to address quality challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure new part onboarding goes smoothly to result in high quality parts.
Conduct regular audits, analyze results, and prepare reports to ensure that the facility meets established quality benchmarks.
Other duties related to quality control and quality assurance.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of related experience.
Demonstrated track record with results-driven, proactive approach to quality management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in metallurgical processes, including designing and interpreting flow diagrams.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Extensive leadership experience in quality management, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and compliance.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: manufacturing, sand foundry , SolidWorks, and foundry operations.
Base pay is $100k-$120k with full benefits including health, life, dental and vision with 401k match.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
