Our team is growing in Little Canada. Twin City Staffing is hiring laser operators for one of Minnesota s fastest-growing manufacturers. Location: Little Canada, MN Wage: $21.75/hour Hours: 2nd shift: Monday Friday, 3 pm-11 pm 3rd shift: Monday Friday, 11 pm 7 am Benefits of the laser operator: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life Disability Critical illness FSA Referral Bonus Room for growth Duties of the laser operator: Loads raw material with the overhead crane and programs the system Prepares equipment by downloading programs and measures material to ensure specifications Makes adjustments and minor repairs to maintain machine function Completes inspection reports and packages parts per orders Performs preventive maintenance, clears trays/conveyors, and keeps the area clean Follows safety policies and wears required protective equipment Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements of the laser operator: At least one year of CNC or Laser experience. Ability to read measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometer). Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts. Perform basic math, including fractions and decimals. Read and understand blueprints. Recognize and interpret colors per company system. Lift up to 75 lbs. and use equipment or assistance for heavier items. Knowledge of shop procedures and safety precautions. Ability to work well as part of a team. Additional information: Apply today!
