Schilling Beer Co. is seeking dedicated Back of House Wood- Fired Pizza Cook in a part-time or full-time capacity. The ideal candidate has a sense of urgency, a positive and detailed approach to their work, and the ability to maintain and operate a clean and well organized dish room.

What to expect:

• Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Maintain and operate a clean and organized kitchen/ work area.
• Follow all responsible food service guidelines and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the BOH team, Asst. General Manager of BOH, Pizza Kitchen captain, and Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role possesses:

• A positive, upbeat attitude and a friendly demeanor, including during fast-paced service.
• Willingness to support in various ways beyond the kitchen when/if needed (organizing, cleaning, clearing tables, restocking glassware and dishes, etc.).
• Strong initiative-i.e. going above and beyond without being asked- a passion for details, and delivering exceptional results.
• Multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to lift approximately 50-60 lbs.
• Open and flexible availability to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/holidays.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
