Job responsibilities: Maintains equipment and cleans kitchen facilities according to W.V. State Health Department regulations; Performs food service duties such as meal preparation, dish washing, sanitizing utensils, dishes, and glasses and assist in menu planning; follow agencys designated procedures for inventory, food purchasing and requisitioning; maintain necessary records; deliver meals to home bound participants; follow all state and federal regulations concerning moving traffic and vehicle inspection. _ Requirements: Must have High School Diploma or GED; prior work or volunteer experience in commercial food preparation; and experience working with the elderly and low-income population. Candidate must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Class D Drivers license and Food Handlers Card. Candidate must submit to preemployment drug screen, CIB check, and DHHR Protective Services Background Check.
