STARS is our Key Account Paternship Program. Stars Specialists scope is to manage the partnership established with our best customers, aiming at maximising their sales and optimising their stock throughout the year. Being part of STARS, customers have access to our automatic replenishment model and the complementary set of exclusive services. This role will be collaborative internally within the company, and externally, playing a pivotal role in the coordination of all STARS activities.
This is a Maternity Cover position, on a Fixed Term Contract for approximately 12 months.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES & RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Support KAMs in planning annual budget for STARS accounts, and provide shipment forecast updates on a weekly basis
Lead recurring mettings with customers and KAMs to update about ongoing situation and plan future activities
Actively participate to weekly touchbase with KAMs to review sell-out, shipment forecasts and update on activities execution
Perform ad-hoc sales and stock analysis to deep dive on a specific account situation (Business Objects and SAP)
Montior and optimise STARS inventory levels in collaboration with the STARS corporate team
Oversee automatic order generation, deliveries and goods return process (SAP)
Support the Category Manager in the coordination of assortment refreshes and marketing initatives
Support data accuracy checks performed by STARS Corporate team
Support GV local teams in the management of order anomalies (shipment discrepancies, check pod, open e-care tickets, raise credit notes, provide feedback)

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
Essential:
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
Proactive and problem solving attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to interpert, analyse and share data and information
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable:
3-4 years work experience, ideally in an operations or business analysis function
Good knowledge of SAP in a logistics environment
Experience of Business Object, query construction to extract data
