LaborMax Staffing Account Manager in Longmont, Colorado
Account Manager responsibilities include:
Assisting applicants with the onboarding process; Collecting hours from external employees and verifying with customers to ensure accurate payouts; Monitor, resolve, or direct complaints, issues, or injuries; Answering incoming calls and returning phone messages; Send routine information by phone, text, or email; Entering information into database; Performing office support tasks; Establish and maintain positive work appropriate relationships; Keyboarding-entering data into computer or other systems; Occasionally move boxes between 5-10 pounds

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday; 9 am - 6 pm ; Weekends typically 6 am - 2 pm.
Account Manager qualifications include: General knowledge of technology; Typing with accuracy and proficiency; Ability to work independently; Excellent customer service skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Basic mathematical skills; Must be able to remain in a stationary position majority of time; Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; No experience needed; People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
