Overview

Position Overview:

The Event Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the stadium before, during, and after events. This role is vital in ensuring a pleasant and sanitary environment for all attendees.

Pay: $20.48 an hour (Part-time Position)

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and other stadium facilities before, during, and after events.

  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated areas.

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove debris and spills.

  • Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.

  • Respond promptly to clean-up requests during events to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  • Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers.

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the stadium facilities supervisor.

  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

  • Adhere to environmental regulations and stadium policies regarding waste disposal and cleaning practices.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and maneuver cleaning equipment and supplies.

  • Capability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold, especially during outdoor events.

  • Stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, particularly during long events.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for stadium events.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
