As an Executive Assistant within Marcom, you are the right hand and partner to your Executive. You hold a central and leadership role within your team. The Executive Assistant group at Marcom is a close-knit team that prides itself on partnership and collaboration. To say things are fast paced is an understatement, so your fundamental admin skills must be top-notch.

Description

Our team provides executive administrative support to multiple team leaders at the executive or leadership level. We manage cross-functional calendars with heavy scheduling and constant re-scheduling. We are quick to develop a deep understanding of our team's operational norms, culture, policies and procedures. We plan and implement unique off-site meetings for our groups. We facilitate consistent, positive interactions with top Executive Admins and Senior Executives across the entire Apple organization. Our team is responsible for maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information daily. In this role, you'll use your critical thinking skills to anticipate the needs of your team and understand the “big picture”. You naturally excel working with a wide range of complex and creative personalities diplomatically. In addition to all this, you'll always bring a fun and creative approach to work as well as team activities and morale.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in an administrative capacity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an extraordinary attention to detail

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience supporting high-level executives with administrative support including strategic calendar prioritization, event planning, travel logistics, expense reporting and project management

  • Proven ability to take initiative, foster trust and build strong, productive relationships, with cross-functional teams and partners

  • Extraordinary organizational, time management and administration skills with an exceptional response rate

  • Experience approaching ambiguous challenges with curiosity and creative problem solving skills

  • Exceptional handling confidentiality on all business matters, while remaining calm and confident under pressure

  • Experience working effectively in a highly-matrixed organization across timezones

  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong interpersonal relationship skills is a plus

  • Interest and creativity in building team culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment

  • Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools are a plus

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $29.90 and $53.20/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
