Overview
This Janitorial Field Supervisor (PM Shift) position is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners at various site locations.
Pay : $67,000 - $75,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Hours: PM shift. Flexible start time dependent upon schedule - Hybrid Position
Location: Field position. On the road nightly. Visiting 4 to 6 locations nightly
Essential Functions
Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility
Ensures quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations
Assures the highest quality of customer satisfaction
Assists with Training and Development
Provides guidance in safety, cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage to cleaning crew.
Counsels crew members in regards to tardiness, absenteeism, work performance etc., using proper documentation procedures.
Leads and participates in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Responsibilities
Provides leadership and direction to team members
Provides open communication between field employees and management
Provides positive coaching to team members
Assists with the training of housekeeping staff
Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items
Makes sure premises are secured at all times
Oversees quality of jobs
Provides training to all new hires assigned
Attends and participates in all meeting and training sessions involving assigned property and crew.
Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals
Completes order forms completely and accurately
Coordinates equipment usage and inventories
Performs all tasks and duties required of your team
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Onsite visits to locations:
On site visits to every location in greater LA/OC service area - once per month
Visits to follow pre planned schedule to make most efficient use of time
Cluster buildings by area to allow for most efficient use of time
Set up monthly schedule to mix up visit days so staff is not expecting the visit
Coordinate visits with Manager to assure there is no overlap
Duties to include:
Confirm staff on site, in uniform and properly logged in
Monthly safety and operations training
Compliance topics as assigned
Fresh eyes review of Managers most recent QA inspections
Create report format to be sent to Manager, SDM and RDO
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be bi-lingual - Spanish and English
Strong communication skills with line staff and peers
Experience in coaching
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare experience in EVS is a plus
