We are hiring a Director of Second Chance Enterprises for our growing team! The role of the Director of Second Chance Enterprises is to Build, lead and empower a communicative and effective store team by delegating, coaching, and directing store team members to help them achieve their highest potential .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and encourage team members, individually and through assistants, to contribute their best effort and work on weaknesses and challenges.

  • Manage staff for performance and results.

  • Respect and utilize each employee’s experience, talent, and creativity.

  •  Maintain high standards, and tough in expectations, but fair and impartial in application of standards.

  •  Ensure efficient communication, works to defuse cliques and contention, and seeks conflict resolution in a timely manner.

  • Oversees and guides personnel actions such as reviews, training, coaching, progressive discipline, or terminations in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Develop, implement and monitor a store plan to increase sales.

  • Respect and utilize each employee’s experience, talent, and creativity

  • Oversees the hiring, compensation, training, promotion and development of staff.

  • Establishes and monitors store work schedules and staffing issues to effectively manage payroll expenses.

  • Exhibits strong leadership presence in store and other company groups and meetings.

  • Personally supports company policy and procedures, the store manager’s directions and decisions, corporate decisions, other assistant manager decisions,  with customers and employees.

    Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous supervisory Experience 

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

     

  • Previous working experience in a automotive industry 

  • General knowledge of different auto mechanic and auto body

  • Good communication skills

  • Google Suite/Microsoft office suite 

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Safety awareness
