Job Title: Construction Materials TechnicianJob Description
Seeking an entry-level Construction Materials Technician to join our team. This role involves testing concrete for slump, density, and moisture primarily in a lab setting. The selected candidate will receive in-house training and will work closely with project managers, engineering technicians, and other relevant parties to communicate findings from the construction site. Responsibilities include transporting material samples for further testing, maintaining and cleaning equipment, and contributing to the preparation and submission of written and digital reports. The role may also include assisting with the scheduling and dispatch of Technicians to project sites. A strong adherence to safety standards is required, along with clear documentation of findings and results. This position offers a progressively increasing role in training and responsibility.

Work Environment
Field and lab environment. Typical working hours are Monday-Saturday, ranging from 8-10 hours per day. Summer hours are typically longer than winter hours. Overtime is available after 40 hours per week. Note: Weekly hours can vary due to the nature of the industry.
