Responsible for servicing, maintaining, and growing assigned accounts as well as, developing targeted accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Job Duties:
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Follow up promptly and qualify all new sales leads.
Clearly articulate ADI's value propositions to existing and new customers.
Generate incremental sales growth through outbound calling efforts.
Prepare and manage the monthly sales pipeline.
Develop strong partnerships with customers and resolve problems.
Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals.
YOU MUST HAVE:
High School Diploma or GED
WE VALUE:
Bachelor's Degree
Prior industry experience
Successful track record in exceeding sales targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A strong desire for world-class customer service
Self-starter with a great work ethic and excellent organizational skills
Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and desire to sell/upsell
