Evaluate Company’s technical project specifications and match appropriate company’s technical personnel resources to meet clients’ technical requirements. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design, systems, and procedures, conduct work simplification studies, and prepare manuals to assist in operating more effectively. Evaluate the projects’ Systems Analyst technical requirements of prospective client projects and determine the proper skills required to meet these technical requirements in the most cost effective manner for company clients. Review company’s systems Analysts’ technical skills and matches these to client and prospective project technical requirements. Prepare reports based on technical analysis. Make recommendations to management for assignment of the appropriate qualified Liaise with company clients to assess the project technical requirements. Prepare reports explaining the systems analyst requirements and make recommendations management for assignment of qualified candidates.Requirements: Master's Degree in computer science or related quantitative field of study and 1 year of experience in offered position, or in the alternative a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in offered positionAcceptable Fields of Study: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, including Electronics/Electrical, Software Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, & Industrial Engineering.
