Responsibilities
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
•2+ years of experience working in medical front desk office or cardiac cath lab environment.•Strong commitment to customer/patient services•Excellent interpersonal skills•Experience with admissions and benefits/insurance verification•Experience with multi-line phone system•Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
