Description
Join the EU Seller Services organization where you will be contributing to building Europe's most trusted marketplace for Sellers to thrive locally and globally! As part of our Learning and Development (L&D) team, you will have an instrumental role in driving business performance and supporting our employees’ productivity. We are looking for a customer-obsessed and results-oriented L&D Program Manager to drive functional core-role training initiatives and/or leadership development programs. You will be the voice of the learner and will ensure their needs are at the forefront of every deliverable. You are knowledgeable in adult learning strategies for performance-based outcomes. You are resourceful, enjoy working with business stakeholders, influencing without authority, using data for decision making in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Become ingrained with the business, goals, challenges, inputs, tools, etc. of the EU Seller Services employees by developing strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Define, build and manage high-quality learning program roadmaps, bridging the gap between business vision and employee capability
• Manage prioritization to ensure the right solutions are built, at the right time
• Partner with and influence senior leaders, partner teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive project delivery
• Facilitate learning sessions and workshops for mid-level, senior manager-level, and director-level audiences with credibility
• Continually raise the bar on our training experiences by measuring the impact and seeking customer feedback to determine areas for improvement
• Deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
• Exhibit superior communication skills including interpersonal communication, public speaking and written communications
Basic Qualifications
Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal
Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business
