MCM Staffing LLC. Customer Service Representative in Madison Heights, Michigan
MCM Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our client in Canton, MI.
- Training schedule: 9am-5:30pm
- Need to be available from 9am-9pm ( set schedule will be given after training ).
Pay is $14.50/h
Must have Call Center or simmilar type of experience.
- Must be comfortable working with dual monitors and multi line phone systems.
- CSR's take inbound calls, helping customers with navigation throughout website and answer any questions they may have about the products.
- Provide upselling of products.
- Manage a click to chat program.
- There is a 2 weeks of paid training in a classroom style setting. Training hours will be 9am-5:30pm
- Attendance is key. You will be assessed based on attendance and call quality.
- Must be available for all shifts mostly 9am-9pm ( you will be given a set schedule after the training ). Company runs 24/7 365 days a year.
