This is a Recruiting Coordinator positon located in the Madison, Ms area. 

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas. Handle last-minute scheduling changes. Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars. Produce and Submit reports on general TA activity. Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings. Assist with the posting of open positions in the Applicant Tracking System. Coordinate candidate Travel. Other duties as assigned

Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies: H/S Diploma or equivalent AND 1-2 years of experience as an HR administrator or Coordinator. Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed. Highly computer literate. Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite. Organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Attentive listener. Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation. HR competence. Understanding, empathetic, and relatable. Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
