Join Our Welding Team at Reuss Industries Inc.!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and weld structural members (including MIG and TIG welding).
• Inspect and identify correct materials for the job.
• Ensure proper fit and finish of products.
• Follow welding procedures and company specifications.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints and understand welding procedures.
• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Work well independently or as part of a team.

Experience level:

• 2 or more years of experience preferred.

Job Opportunity: Full-Time Day Shift

Schedule:

• Shift: Day shift
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Overtime: Available during busy periods (extended hours until 4:30 pm on weekdays and 7 am to Noon on Saturdays)
• Weekly Hours: Expect 40-46 hours per week
