JOB REQUIREMENTS: Serve as the bridge between clinical operations and the technical EHR team, ensuring effective use of EHR systems. Guide best practices for clinical documentation and streamline workflows in collaboration with the EHR Analyst. Provide training and support to clinical staff on the use of EHR tools, ensuring alignment with day-to-day operations. Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to improve communication and patient care processes. Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of EHR changes, including system upgrades and form revisions. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: RN with a solid clinical background, understanding CNA, LPN, and RN workflows. 3+ years of experience in clinical informatics or a related field. Knowledge of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred) and the ability to bridge clinical operations with technical solutions. Strong collaboration skills with experience working in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.
