Kelly Services Executive Assistant in Madison, Wisconsin

Looking to gain experience and knowledge in the Financial Services industry? We have a great opportunity for you with our prominent client in Madison, WI . Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team!

While on a contract role with Kelly, you will be offered non-sponsored health, dental and vision insurance as well as Kelly Perks and Discounts.

Hours:

  • Mon – Fri | 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Hybrid work schedule! Looking for someone to work only 2-4 in-office shifts per month to gather and distribute mail, check office supplies, etc.

Starting pay as an Executive Assistant:

  • $25/hr

Position Information:

Responsible for administrative duties to support local field leader to facilitate the growth of the region. In addition, perform general administrative support to the region, including support of regional meetings and events and member reassignments

  • Provide administrative support to the local field leaders and area, including arrange travel, schedule meetings, track and coordinate timely completion of CBTs and licenses for local field leaders, prepare presentations and business planning documents, and submit expense reports.

  • General event planning support, including preparing materials for events and providing onsite support during events.

  • Maintain supplies in area offices and communicate with vendors as needed.

  • Process paper client files when received from Financial Professionals.

  • General administrative functions throughout the region, as needed.

What kind of experience do you need to succeed?

  • College degree or an equivalent works experience preferred.

  • Attention to detail, highly organized, good communication and able to interact with field leaders to understand business needs.

  • Highly proficient technical/PC skills; expert user of software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, Workday, etc.)

  • Strives to exceed customer expectations; comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate in virtual environment.

  • Superb organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.

  • Skills to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Customer service skills an asset.
