JOB REQUIREMENTS: Fitness Supervisor - Aquatics - 32339 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, Schedule based on the needs of the department. The aquatic center is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Friday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Be part of something remarkable Coordinate the pool schedule, swim lessons, physical therapy and stroke analysis services and swim related programming at East Madison Hospital. We are seeking a Fitness Supervisor - Aquatics: * Supervise the Aquatic Center as well as routine maintenance projects (including daily pool and pool filter maintenance) and ensure a safe environment that meets all codes and standards of operation. * Support the Fitness and Aquatic Programming Manager, maintain, train, and supervise lifeguard staff and ensure coverage when the facility is open.
