What are your main responsibilities?

You are responsible for client communication for designated account relationships.

Key areas:

  • Communication management in day-to-day queries of our clients and insurers through different channels but mainly telephone and e-mail.

  • Coordinate and ensure follow-ups of the assigned contracts.

  • Handling medical issues, in collaboration with our medical consultants

  • Think about and contribute to using the most efficient communication channels (phone, e-mail, letter)

  • When needed, put your language skills at work to translate different documents.

  • The work planning will be your guide to ensure priorities are correctly dealt with and we keep our service performance on track.

  • Able to handle complaints and analyze them, identifying root causes that might lead to the improvement of customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to maintaining a co-operative and friendly working environment.

  • Your critical eye easily spots possible improvements, and you share them with your manager.

Relations to other positions:

  • Assist the Client Manager in several tasks (e.g. preparation of presentations, preparation of analyses of cases)

  • Provide all necessary information to the parties involved: clients, insurers, International Customer Services, Finance and Accounting Marketing and Communication.

  • Contribute to maintaining a co-operative and friendly working environment.

  • Inform Supervisors and Senior Supervisors on problems and inefficiencies.

What skills do you need?

Education Level:

Bachelor or similar by experience: Translation and Interpreting or Foreign Languages studies highly valued.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Advance or bilingual knowledge of English is a must (C1/C2).

  • Advance knowledge of one or more of these languages: French, German or Russian (C1 Level).

  • Familiarity with CRMsystems and practices a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Skillful in taking decisions, takes the right action on allocated files based on the available information.

  • Excellent Communication skills.

  • Accurate: works accurately on the input of data, aims to work faultlessly.

  • Discipline: pays attention to procedures, agreements and document flows.

  • Efficient: finds a good balance between quality and quantity.

  • Team player: Able to work in a team.

  • Skillful with computer programs readily learns the ropes in the use of current office applications.

  • Discreet: works discreetly with confidential (medical) information.

What we require:

You are able to commit to 39 hours/week.

You can start with us on 9th September.

You can commit to a 6-week induction training from the initial start, Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 16:45 with the 2 first weeks' full time at the office.

You are available to work one of these shifts:

  • Monday to Friday: 12:15 to 20:03 (30 mins break)

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 16:48 (30 minutes break)

You can choose when to do the break of 30 minutes. Also, the start working hours are flexible; you can start the working day up to (maximum) one hour before or half an hour after the official start of the shift.
