PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator 1, in Magna, UT.

Job Description:

• Maintain professional demeanor and act with integrity with all levels of the organization.

• Provide primary support to PSSC Single Program Manager and AF Director leadership.

• Plan and provide logistical support to PSSC Single Program Manager and AF Director leadership, including scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating lunch meetings.

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for communications, reporting, presentations and other various tasks (i.e. coordinate calendars and meetings, assembling presentations, documenting processes and knowledge sharing).

• Ability to protect and maintain confidential information.

• Administer Data Management principles on CDRL and SDRL information within SharePoint, Teamcenter, and other tooling to ensure data integrity through audit processes.

• Possess strong communication skills and be able to communicate with the prime customer and supplier personnel, to support submittals and delivery activities.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Ability - Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks.

• Problem Solving - Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. May refer to established precedents and policies.

• Discretion/Latitude - Performs complex tasks and participates in determining objectives of assignment. Plan schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.

• Impact - Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.

• Experience in technical editing and writing and have strong writing and editing skills, including ability to manipulate usage and grammar.

• Experienced in file configuration management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate degree and minimum 4 years administrative support experience

• Experience working with government customers

• An active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one within 6 months

• Understanding of government operations in accessing and processing SEIC/CAC/DBIDS/JIRA/CDRLVue Access

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Candidate must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense system (Concur or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree and 7 years administrative support experience

• An active Secret Clearance

• Ability to exercise good judgment while demonstrating flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, managing schedule conflicts, and providing excellent follow-through

• Demonstrates outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in business and travel expense system (Concur, Edge, or similar) with complex, frequently changing travel

• Experience participating and hosting in-person and remote video teleconference meetings (such as MS Teams)
