Job Title: Manufacturing Technician - Level A

Schedule: 3rd Shift

Job Description: Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments. This position is a 3/12 Shift (Friday to Sunday) support.

Essential Functions:

• Balance priorities to support (3) SMT lines

• Load SMT feeders

• Setup SMT jobs per optimized layouts

• Inventory Management (MyCenter/MyLabel)

• Data entry into MES/FLX

• Parts list/drawing rev verification

• Good oral and written communication

• Stencil verification

• Part Count using x-ray

  May assist with:

• Part Marking PWBs

• Printing and Inspecting Labels

• Baking PWBs

• Baking SMDs

• Alloy verification with XRF testing for BTCs (bottom terminated components)

• Laser etch part marking

  Qualifications:

• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

• SMT Processes

• Machine Operations

• Advance Computer Skills

• Able to work with Spreadsheets/Databases
