Summary of Role:

Customer Quality contact for customers. Provide leadership and technical support on quality and reliability issues to internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Customer Quality contact for customers. Provide leadership and technical support on quality and reliability issues to internal and external customers. Lead customer quality initiatives to support business needs and evolving customer needs. Own and drive customer quality metrics to targets and drive continuous improvement (Customer Quality Scores, RMA, CCAR etc.,). Drive timely and effective communication of customer events/complaints/irritants and prevent recurrence through robust problem solving and 8D methodology. Manage process change communication with customers. Work with global customer quality teams to ensure we have ONEGF voice to multi-site customers. Be a catalyst to enable risk-based thinking & quality mindset culture and be the voice of customer in Fab8 Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments, conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks, managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures. Lead internal material preparation and manage customer audits. Drive continuous improvements through audit results.

Other Responsibilities:

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

· Education – Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study.

· Experience – 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires 1 year of experience in: (1) Customer Quality Management; (2) Quality Metrics, including Customer Quality Scores, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), Corrective and Preventive Actions Request; (3) 8D methodology; (4) Cross-functional team management; and (5) Project management.

Salary range: $88,750 – $115,500

Salary range: $88,750 – $115,500
