Position Title: Accounting Services Specialist
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid: 2 days from home)

Position Overview:
We seek an enthusiastic Accounting Services Specialist to join our team. Ideal for recent graduates in accounting, finance, or economics.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Enter accurate information into our internal system.
Research and resolve donor issues within set timeframes.
Maintain knowledge of donor-advised funds, tax, and charitable giving.
Field and address prospective donor questions, escalating when necessary.
Recommend workflow improvements.
Manage follow-up activities and support extended phone coverage hours.
Participate in business-planning initiatives and training sessions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
Internship or customer-facing experience
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and initiative
