Position Title: Sales Implementation Specialist (SIS)

Position Overview

The Sales Implementation Specialist will closely manage the execution of the sales strategy and operational plan to support the rapid growth plan. In this role, the SIS collaborates with Sales Leaders, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

The primary focus is to ensure that the sales strategy and operational plan is being followed and concisely executed to optimize the designed sales practices, capturing and disseminating data and metrics to sales leaders, monitoring and reporting on the execution of GPO and IDN agreements, and managing and distributing sales tools and resources to sales team members.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales operations or related fields, excellent people management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. The candidate must be able to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The candidate will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources and organize and maintain administrative processes and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives.
    • Research and analyze data to create sales forecasts.
    • Collaborate with other departments and senior management to identify business goals.
    • Coordinate with HR to track potential candidates and assist interview scheduling.
    • Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends.
    • Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
    • Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative and project-based support to the CCO, ASD's, MD&TD's, RM's and SCRD's.
    • Coordinate sales management team and regional sales meetings.
    • Manage CCO and AD's calendars.
    • Coordinate Zoom and Team meetings for Sales Leadership.
    • Prepare sales reports, dashboards and other performance-based metrics as requested.
    • Prepare Board and leadership team level presentations as requested; compile sales data and applicable information as needed.
    • Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
    • Maintain territory database; cross checking for new DSRs/ISRs as well as manage territory adjustments. Prepare territory amendments as necessary.
    • Work with Sales management team in preparing semi-monthly and annual sales forecast.
    • Provide Sales management team with daily, quarterly, and other sales reports and stack rankings.
    • Maintain management team field activity schedule.
    • Maintain sales organization chart.

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • 5+ years of executive level support, preferably in a smaller entrepreneurial environment.
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as other software systems.
    • Capability to quickly learn and master software.
    • Extensive experience in coordinating conferences and meetings.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to function in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with ever changing priorities and demands for time.
    • Ability to prioritize workload, to meet deadlines and to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
    • Extremely effective verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Initiative, resourcefulness, and great attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures.
    • Flexible, coopera ive, and team-oriented; ability to build strong relationships and work well with other departments.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

This position works in an office or home office. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate.

Primary Location and Travel

We anticipate that this role will be in a corporate office or a remote home office position. The incumbent will need to travel to participate in face to face Corporate and Commercial meetings, as needed.
