About You
Technical Expertise: Hold a degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field) and be working towards or hold Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status with a relevant body like ICE or CIWEM. We can provide support to achieve this if needed.
Passionate Leader: You're passionate about the water and environment sector and enjoy mentoring developing civil engineers.
Proven Track Record: You have a proven history of delivering projects successfully and fostering collaboration within teams to develop innovative solutions.
Strong Client Focus: You have experience working directly with clients, leading client engagement, and fostering strong collaborative relationships.
