Job Description Position Objective: The Divisional Master Scheduler is responsible for reviewing divisional sales order backlog to assign a manufacturing location. Create, maintain and oversee schedule details between all locations to optimize resource utilization in alignment with divisional goals. Develop and manage an integrated mater schedule for all customer orders considering dependencies, constraints and resource availability. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Analyze divisional plant capacities vs. customer demand to balance load between plants. Review schedules with site plant managers and teams ensuring customer demand is satisfied while achieving business goals. Ensure master schedule is regularly updated and maintained by incorporating changes, updates and adjustments as necessary. Provide accurate and timely reports, dashboards and visualizations that communicate schedule, key metrics and performance indicators to management and stakeholders. Track recovery actions and glidepath on overdue orders including material/material shortages are tracked and expedited. Continuously improve scheduling processes, tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Train and mentor locations on best practices for schedule management and adherence. Collaborate with procurement and resource management teams to ensure alignment between the schedule and resource allocation. Perform all other tasks or responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor. Experience/Skills: 2-5 years of experience as planner / scheduler role within a manufacturing organization. High sense of urgency and customer focus oriented. Excellent communication ( verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge on BOM and raw materials. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently or in team environment as needed. Ability to manage multiple projects or issues simultaneously. Extremely proficient with production planning systems. Strong knowledge of Oracle a plus. Ability to flex wor hours according to business needs. Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or 5 years' relevant experience. America Production and Inventory Control Society (APCIS) Certification preferred.
