This role is open for hybrid candidates based in Maple Grove, MN or Marlborough, MA About the role: This position will be responsible for planning and implementation of the Digital Professional Education Team strategies for the Cardiology Group. In collaboration with other education team members, franchise partners, and vendors, this person will establish milestones, drive progress, facilitate and ensure alignment, communicate updates, mitigate risks/issues, and evolve project strategy as needed to manage the constraints and meet education objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Establish a process for tracking Professional Education content development and deployment milestones to ensure appropriate resource planning, cross-functional collaboration, and communication - with global collaboration as needed. Prioritizes and delegates tasks among team members as appropriate to drive timely execution of project deliverables; identifies and manages project dependencies and escalates as needed. Manages individual project challenges and drives resolution to project issues by collaborating with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate. Responsible for clear and timely team and cross-functional communication; liaison between the team and leadership; leads phase and business reviews, project meeting minutes, issues log, metrics, and other key communications. Attend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings, representing Digital Professional Education. Actively engage with legal and regulatory teams to track content approvals. Ensure timely implementation of any updates in all educational content. Establish a regular cadence of meetings with key stakeholders to drive alignment, share cross-franchise best practices and proactively identify digital education needs. Collaborate closely with Professional Education teams, vendors, Legal, Regulatory, and Sales Training to ensure education execution plans align to business and commercial objectives. Responsible for project, process, and content management of Cardiology franchises. Share key learnings and best practices across franchise teams. Required qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5years of experience in Learning & Development field Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, and budget. Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong emotional Intelligence, situational leadership, and ability to manage by influence. Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate, and best in class execution. Comfortable communicating to and presenting in front of all levels of the organization. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications Passionately collaborative and adept at quickly building relationships with internal stakeholders. 5-10% domestic travel Preferred qualifications: Experience in the medical device industry PMP certification Change management experience Education or technical background Problem solving expertise.
