Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) Global Demand Planner you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Coordinating with other area planning PIPO leads and demand planners across countries within your area, as applicable, to reflect the required phase in and phase out related demand requirements for uninterrupted service delivery to our customers.Executing PIPO demand planning activities to effectively manage PIPO product transitions, optimizing processes, and tools.Working closely with Portfolio Leads, Supply planners, and other functions to align key transition dates, managing accurate forecast demand effectively.Identifying and communicating potential risks and opportunities related to demand forecasting and inventory management.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent Business Administration or Supply Chain Management AND Five (5) years of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Intercompany experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND Nine (9) years of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Intercompany experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with SAP APO Demand Planning or i2 Demand PlanningStrong system application proficiencies including Office 365, especially SAP ERP, Excel, Power BIExcellent communication written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and areas.Strong Analytic skills leading to problem solving skills.Experience in project management.Combined experience in Supply Chain and other related assignments that would enhance high cross-functional awareness.Work location:Hybrid US - Brookings, Columbia, Flemington, Eden Prairie, St-Paul, MNHybrid Canada - Morden CATravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both phys cally and financially.
