Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThe Treasury, Cash & Travel Platforms IT Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of key Treasury, Cash and Travel processes in a new SAP S/4 ERP environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical and technical skills and will design best practice IT solutions in close collaboration with business counterparts.As the Treasury, Cash & Travel Platforms IT Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Managing & leading the team to design, deploy, and support Treasury, Cash and Travel applications.Execute and deliver solutions to Health Care through the leadership of process design and configuration, that meet defined global business objectives and requirements.Collaborate with business counterparts in the design, development, testing and delivery of treasury, cash, and travel solutions.Collaborate with IT colleagues, team members and cross functional teams in application design, development, integration, testing and deployment of solutions.Design, create, test & document the configuration of applications to support global business requirements and performance goals.Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the application technical architecture/solution in assigned areas.Work with business areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirements.Provide knowledge and expertise on current processes and procedures.Ensure the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements.Identify and help resolve design issues, participate, and provide critique for design reviews.Advocate recommended process design changes within their process community.Support adherence to business and program objectives and program mission.Review, approve and signoff deliverables.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree AND seven (7) years of experience in IT experience in a private, public, g vernment or military environmentIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:5 years of SAP Treasury or SAP FSCM experience2 years of experience managing peopleAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:5 years of project management experienceEducational or professional background in Finance, Treasury or AccountingExperience with global treasury deploymentsExperience with global ERP deploymentsExperience with global Travel and Expense deploymentsExperience with tools Concur and KyribaWork location: Remote - United StatesTravel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international]Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
