Position summary
As a Coffee Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in driving our coffee strategy and ensuring our brands are prominently featured in the OOH market. Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic plans, organizing barista seminars, collaborating with our sales force, and creating innovative coffee recipes.
A day in the life …
Work with top coffee brands (Nescafé, Buondi, Loumidis) to enhance their presence in the market.
Execute our coffee strategy within the OOH market, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Organize and assist in conducting barista seminars and trainings sessions for our customers.
Work closely with the OOH Sales Force to drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.
Develop comprehensive customer plans that drive business growth and meet both company and customer objectives.
Generate new ideas and create coffee recipes that capitalize on current OOH coffee trends.
Execute plans for assigned accounts, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
What makes you successful
University degree ideally in Marketing, Business Administration /Economic Studies.
Tourism studies will also be considered as a plus.
More than 5 years working experience as a barista with strong coffee knowledge.
SCAE certification and/or distinctions in barista championships will be considered as an advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, team player, coffee lover, impactful
Proactive cooperation, initiative, and results focus mindset.
Dynamism, innovative, strong passion, and good communication skills.
PC knowledge (MS office).
Fluency in Greek and English.
Driving license is a prerequisite.
