Title- HVAC Mechanic II Duration- 3+ months Location- Marysville, OH 43040 As the HVACR Technician, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services - uninterrupted. Based in Marysville, OH, you'll you will prioritize repairs and complete required PM's on facility equipment. Essential duties and responsibilities: Performs preventative maintenance tasking on all HVACR equipment. Starts systems, observes operation, read gauges and instruments, and adjusts mechanisms Screws, bolts, rivets, welds, and brazes parts to assemble structural and functional components such as motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring harnesses, valves, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes. Discuss system malfunctions with users to isolate problems. Installs wiring to connect components to electric power source. Lubricates fans, motors, and control units. Replaces defective/worn parts. Cuts, threads, gas welds, connects pipe to functional HVACR component systems. Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains equipment. Must be able to complete PM and work order activity in CMMS. Following guidance from the client's CMMS and the client's Leadership. When requested by the client supervisor, prepare reports, whether on equipment failures, accidents, technical reports, and near misses. Here's what you'll need: Minimum 3 years of experience in HVACR maintenance and repair in a facility/plant environment. Driver's license Universal EPA/Refrigerant License. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Experience with the following types of equipment: HVACR, Air Compressors, Pump and Plumbing Maintenance, Basic Electrical and Mechanical Skills are required. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing, walking, sitting, coordination, balance and agility demands, which may include the ability to stoop, kneel, squat, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoor, outdoor, have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, air borne particles, noxious gases, and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
