Responsibilities for the Field Service Manager

  • Manage all aspects of field service operations, including project supervision, installation, start-up, and service pricing.
  • Oversee the overall profit and loss of the operating unit.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain qualified field service personnel.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand into new market segments.

     

Qualifications for the Field Service Manager

  • High school diploma required.
  • In-depth knowledge of motor repair and field service experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
