What You'll Do:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, HVAC systems, conveyors, and more.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues and implement solutions.
Install new equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
Provide top-notch customer service while explaining technical issues in a way that clients understand.
Recommend system upgrades and improvements to enhance performance.
Follow strict safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Document your work accurately, from service reports to equipment condition tracking.
Keep your tools and service vehicle stocked and ready to tackle any job.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience: 3-5 years in field service, industrial maintenance, or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Tools of the Trade: Familiarity with diagnostic equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vibration analyzers.
Certifications (Preferred): HVAC, Electrical Technician, or Industrial Maintenance.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Think critically and act fast in high-pressure situations.
Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in various environments, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing hands-on tasks.
