What You'll Do:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, HVAC systems, conveyors, and more.

  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

  • Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues and implement solutions.

  • Install new equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration.

  • Provide top-notch customer service while explaining technical issues in a way that clients understand.

  • Recommend system upgrades and improvements to enhance performance.

  • Follow strict safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

  • Document your work accurately, from service reports to equipment condition tracking.

  • Keep your tools and service vehicle stocked and ready to tackle any job.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in field service, industrial maintenance, or a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

  • Tools of the Trade: Familiarity with diagnostic equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vibration analyzers.

  • Certifications (Preferred): HVAC, Electrical Technician, or Industrial Maintenance.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Think critically and act fast in high-pressure situations.

  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in various environments, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing hands-on tasks.
