Predictive Maintenance - Field Service Technician Location: Massillon, OH Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: General Manager

What You'll Do
- Field Testing & Analysis: Perform predictive maintenance tests such as vibration collection, thermography, and lubrication analysis to assess the health and performance of industrial equipment.
- Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance: Conduct mechanical maintenance on AC/DC motors, perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on motors and control systems, and execute repairs on turbines, gearboxes, pumps, and more.
- Customer Site Work: Travel to customer sites to provide field service support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment is operating optimally.
- Training & Mentorship: Under the guidance of a Manager or Supervisor, you'll gain additional training in new areas and mentor junior technicians in the process.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Work in compliance with safety protocols and company standards, advocating for safety practices within the team and at customer sites.
- Customer Service & Documentation: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers, ensuring prompt resolution of issues, and providing feedback to the quality department.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing operational efficiencies by offering suggestions for improvements.
- Special Projects: Support special projects as assigned, and take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least two years of experience in repairing and servicing electrical and mechanical apparatus, with a strong background in vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication analysis, or mechanical/electrical maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical applications, including experience with motor maintenance, troubleshooting control systems, and mechanical repairs (e.g., turbines, gearboxes, pumps).
- Additional Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and computer applications; able to work overtime or weekends as needed.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Professionalism: A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills, ensuring that all interactions represent the company positively.
