nVent Import Export Manager in Matamoros, Mexico

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement import and export strategies to support business objectives

  • Manage and coordinate shipment processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation

  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and customs requirements

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline processes and resolve issues

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize supply chain operations

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of import and export activities, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in import and export operations, including knowledge of customs regulations and documentation

  • Strong understanding of international trade laws and compliance requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
