POSITION: FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS/ FP&A ANALYST LOCATION: MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (HYBRID) INDUSTRY: FINANCIAL SERVICES We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis/ FP&A Analyst to join a thriving and well established financial services company located in Mayfield Heights, OH. This is a hybrid role of in-office and remote! We are seeking someone with strong FP&A, Power BI, and technical accounting skills. Requirements: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * Bachelors degree in a related field * Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis using data analytics tools. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex financial concepts into clear insights. * Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. * Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. * Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in wealth management.
