Responsibilities:

  • Developing quality assurance standards and processes
  • Collaborating with teams to strategize and align long term solutions for testing including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach
  • Maintaining standards for reliability and performance of production
  • Creating quality measurements to track improvement in products
  • Executing quality improvement testing and activities
  • Reporting status, identifying risks, and working with leadership on their mitigation
  • Creating reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
  • Ensuring products meet customer expectations and demand
  • Cooperating with product owners and business analysts across multiple projects to identify capacity needs and risks
  • Translating product requirements and designs into test plans and strategies
  • Recommending test tools, process techniques, and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality
  • Exploring new testing technologies and trends to identify new and emerging opportunities

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Proven data-driven decision maker with high focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in leading and establishing quality assurance processes
  • Ability to perform complex analysis and tasks successfully and in a timely manner
  • Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Physical Qualification(s) Required:

  • Work is performed in an office environment
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
  • Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards
