Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Supervisors at a local client in Mechanic Falls, ME. Manufacturing Supervisors do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $25.00-$34.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will be developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives, monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement, coordinate and assign tasks to production staff and ensures all staff members receive appropriate training to perform to routine duties effectively.

Requirements:
2-5 years proven experience as a manufacturing supervisor
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
Shift:
- Monday - Thursday 6:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $25.00 to $34.00 per hour
