Weekend Production Supervisor
Pay Rate: $25-34 per hour (including a $3 per hour weekend shift differential)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday – 12-hour shifts
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives
Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff, ensuring all team members receive appropriate training
Overseeing operations of the EV line and directly supervising the production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
Reporting on productivity and efficiency rates, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
